- Old Fashioned — Old Forester Statesman | Bitters
The first whiskey old fashioned recipe was printed in 1895 in Modern American Drinks by George Kappeler. His recipe instructs the reader to dissolve a lump of sugar in water, add two dashes of bitters, a piece of ice, lemon-peel and one jigger whiskey. The concoction should be made in a whiskey glass, mixes with a small bar-spoon and served with the spoon still in the glass.

- Sidecar — Camus VSOP | Cointreau | Lemon
The exact origin of the sidecar is unclear, but it is thought to have been invented around the end of World War I in either London or Paris. The drink was directly named for the motorcycle attachment, which was very commonly used back then.
- Champagne Cocktail — Taittinger Brut Reserve | Hennessy XO
Some say a man named John Dougherty made this type of drink famous adding brandy to a Champagne cocktail and winning a New York cocktail competition in 1889. This is one of the few drinks to stand the test of time despite the minor details of preparation.
- Negroni — Tanqueray Ten | Cocchi Vermouth | Campari
A cocktail that stirs together dry, sweet and bitter tastes in one delicious blend. The Negroni is said to be invented in Florence, Italy and named after Count Camillo Negroni, who asked the bartender for an Americano cocktail but with gin, not soda
- Cosmopolitan — Belvedere Single Estate | Cointreau
A refreshing sweet drink with disputed origins. However, bartender Neal Murray claims it, saying that in 1975 he added a splash of cranberry to a Kamikaze cocktail. The first taster declared. "How cosmopolitan!” thereby creating the name.
Sundeck Club
- Mojito — Ten on One | Mint | Lime | Truly Lime
Summer favorite and a refreshing pick-me-up. This Cuban invention is made with a premium rum, with a little twist of using lime flavored hard seltzer and a dash or angostura bitters.
- Mai Tai — Dos Madeiras | Orgeat | Lime
Created in 1944, by Victor J. Bergeron, better known as Trader Vic. According to legend, after shaking the concoction with ice and presenting the cocktail to some of his visiting Tahitian friends, they ended up liking it so much one of them exclaimed, “Maita’i roa a’e,” which translates to “out of this world! The best!" Bergeron christened his new cocktail “Mai Tai,” as in “the best.”
